I've woken up in a premier inn in Glenrothes.
Spent last night in a railway cutting with the most interesting thing being watching a herd of trout.
12hoirs clear of a night shift dictated by network rail means i'm off all day and work policy says i get a day back fir the nightshift.
Got to study though 😐
I'm on a half day. Off down to Glasgow to watch Clutch tonight, can't wait! 😀

1st xmas jolly with the new firm today, getting bussed down to that London for a posh evening in some place in Kensington, hotel for the night and bussed back tomorrow.
I'll consider it 2 paid days leave with free beer and food.

Rode from Findhorn, through the woods to Burghead, ate at the Bothy Bistro (excellent as usual) and then back along the beach all the way.

Yeah I’d much prefer my waterlogged bog fest of a ride I had today. The broken rear mech made it even more special.
Been off since last Friday, only managed 2 rides due to poorly children, and today’s wasn’t much fun as the broken mech meant I had no gears for the muddy hills. And now no mtb until Saturday, gutted!!!
