Sorry for the boring post!

Our vacuum broke today, so we need a new one asap.

It was a Vax Turbo Force Xtra 1850 watt.

The only negative we have found in the last 6 years was the weight of it.

What to replace it with......

Budget approx. £150

Thanks in advance.

Merry Christmas one & all.

2nd the sebo, we had dysons for years right from the dc01. The sebo is a billion times better in terms of build and performance. Don't think you'll get one for £150 though, think ours was about £200.

Sebo X1.1 - spend the extra £50 there is nothing to compare - light - all spares available if you need them - bagged but the bags are huge - and the filter system works.

We had dysons and got sick of the repair bills. Bought a vax cyclone pet had it for 18 months and the wife thought shed broke it so I rang up the warranty line next day a upgraded new model was sent out for free!!! They couldent be more apologetic.

I fixed the old one now we have two and both lift up our heavy rug I have to turn down the power never used it on full and we have a malt happy plummer terrier!!! Cost about £85 from comet
