Would prefer Canon over HP and Epson as they seem to chew through ink.

Doesn't have to be duplex but would like v good photographic output.

Any ideas?

Cheers

I have a now-redundant Canon MP800R if you want it. Works perfectly - you'd have to collect from SW London (either Twickenham or Fulham areas)

Let me know!

I know you haven't mentioned them but just to say we won't be buying a kodak unit again, cheap ink or not, POS.

I have a perfectly working HP 5 colour one that is not bad on ink, and is great for photos due to 5 colours. It's just sitting around in my loft in SE Wales. It cost about £150 new so is decent.

My children (12 & 14) haven't managed to break my MG5350 in almost a year, so I'd recommend that one.

@Nick: thanks for the offer but I can't see myself finding the time to nip up in that direction. If somehow I was to escape how much would you be looking for?

@Molgrips: If I was able to head back over to Afan et al then I'd take you up on that. Sadly me have no time.

I now think a MG6250 or 6350 is in the offing.
