Amazon have some good deals on simnfree Samsung A52S.

One is the 'Enterprse' edition for £268 in black, the other is an 'awsome mint' for £279 (sorry can't do links from this phone ATM.

Which would you buy?

Btw, the colour doesn't worry me, I'm happy with black, it's just the 'Enterprse' part of the slightly cheaper one that leaves me wondering if it may be less user friendly.

Can't find those models on my go to phone comparison site

Here

I was waiting for the A72 5g to be released last year but managed to get a new S20 5g for under £300.

Enterprise has business software that can be accessed remotely.
Not needed for personal use.

The A53's out in a few weeks btw.

I have an A52s, standard edition.
Superb phone.

Out of interest, I got mine from ID Mobile at Carphone Warehouse.
£400 over 2 years, including a huge amount of data and unlimited calls and texts.
Basically, I'm paying monthly for the phone and the plan is thrown in for free. Ludicrous deal.

Sorry, was at work earlier (and so distracted), and my phone switches to the Amazon app (so couldn't get the links).

Here on my home pc now so, links....

£269

and..

£287

Like I say, colour & £18 difference, but the cheaper black one is the enterprise. I'm wondering if the 'business' one will be less home user orientated.

Cheers Rusty,

Don't need a sim package as I'm basically swapping my works sim (awful dated phone) into my own purchased phone.

Wow. How do those compare with and S10e - they are half the price or an Apple 13 mini...?

I've a work A52s Enterprise. It's the same as the other phone apparently, I just removed a couple of pre-installed apps to assist company managing handsets.

Compared to S10e - noticeably bigger. Same smooth performance in use. Nice screen and sound. Camera seems good, but I've only used for work shots. I would have one as my own phone (and I'm S10e user in the past).

Cheers Matt

I notice the enterprise has gone up £6 to £275 in the last hour.

Should work not be paying for it then?

They should, but they wont.

They provided us with a tat phone years ago (can't even remember what it was), but upgrading is my choice. I get free use out of work (within reason), so there's no monthly costs to me - and if I leave, I hand back their old tat phone.

I've been happy with my A52S 5g, although I do miss the wireless charging a little bit
