Which Pre-pay card for Garmin pay?

There's still only a handful of banks listed in the UK to use Garmin pay with and I've now got a couple of devices with it as a feature.

My current bank doesn't seem to be on Garmin's list:

Cornèrcard: VISA
Curve: MASTERCARD
Danske Bank: MASTERCARD
FinecoBank: VISA
Genome: VISA
Prepaid Financial Services: MASTERCARD
Revolut: MASTERCARD
Revolut: VISA
Santander: MASTERCARD
Santander: VISA
Starling Bank: MASTERCARD
Wirecard Card Solutions Limited: MASTERCARD
Wise: MASTERCARD
Wise: VISA

So have any of you got any experience of any of them, used with Garmin pay or not?

Ideally I'd rather setup a pre-paid debit card rather than have another current account just to fully insulate our other accounts and avoid the potential temptations of overdrafts or credit cards...

Experiences please?

I've given their website a poke, does the free standard account work for GP then?

Appreciate this isn't what you said but I understand lots of people use a Curve card that is effectively just a face for whatever account you do have. Not done it myself though but keep meaning to

I’ve used Wise, Starling and Curve.
Curve works with existing accounts.
Wise is a specialist multi currency service.
Starling is just a current account with excellent usability and exchange rates when using abroad.

I have a starling account that I use for all my ‘out and about’ payments. Set up with Garmin pay and Apple Pay. Works great.

I use Curve. Not a credit or debit account, just links to existing cards and costs nothing. Got it for Garmin pay.

I opened a Starling account for this reason. You don't need to have it as a main account and you can then use the app to move small amounts of money into it very easily.

The app is very versatile so you can put all sorts of restrictions on what it does.

Additionally you can add a card for kids too (Kite).

I use revolut off that list for exactly that reason.
Also use starling and can recommend but as that is a current account i would say revolut would be better for you - you just top it up as you want to. Also brilliant for all other stuff like foreign money etc or as a general insulated account.

I would use Curve on mine but as I already have it on my phone for Samsung Pay I can't use it twice apparently. No complaints about curve mirroring my actual card.

A bit off topic but why is Garmin pay limited to certain cards and is the same true for Apple Pay. I assumed that because it works with mine and visa is visa it would work with any Visa card at least.
