Obviously that time of year again when months of slumping over a desk result in debilitating spasm!
I know what I need to do in the long term, get the muscles nice and relaxed and start with the strengthening (again).
But in the short term I need something to take all the tension off the muscles so one of those braces which hold the shoulders back look ideal. Any recommendations?
Can you not see a private physio first. Should be cheaper than a brace and they can tell you how you need to change things?
No, I've seen my physio about it in the past, I pretty much know what it is that's caused it and what I need to do to prevent it, I've just slipped into bad habits/ out of good habits 🙄
If a brace works it will just give me a head start on starting the physio exercises again.
Ah ok, not sure on a good one, would physio tape work though? Providing it is in the right place?
