Hi All

Could somebody please point me towards the best (most cost effective) current Garmin model which will clip to the bars and give me colour maps with trail routes and arrows for direction changes? I’d also like to import GPX files and Trailforks routes - hope this is fairly straightforward?

Decent battery life would be a bonus.

Thank you!

Garmin Edge Touring (Now called Explore) bit cheeper than the 530 and does exactly what you need.

The larger screen versions e.g. 1030 are also very nice if your eyesight isn't fantastic.  Similarly good battery life is needed if you want the backlight on all the time which also really helps visibly.  There isn't really a best

530 for me works a treat and has Trailforks. Everytime I ride withy it I find new features.
