OK hivemind, recommend me a dashcam.

I've got my eye on the Nextbase Duo, so budget is £150.

Looks good as the camera can actually see the license plate of the car behind.

I have Nextbase 512G with no rear cam so I think Duo is good.

I suppose for your Duo you might need to place the dashcam at certain angle or position so you can record the rear traffic as well.

Why not look at a proper dual camera set up if you want front and rear? There's lots of much stealthier cameras for cheaper than the Duo. It's not particularly hard to run a cable from the of the car to the rear.

Have a look at Autovox M8, dashcam, reversing cam, motion detection, lane departure warning.

I got one one EBay including hardwire kit for £130, it’s excellent.

I’m surprised that new cars are not fitting them as standard as sat navs are now.
