Have decided I could do with recording myself in action so I can then play it back and see how I can improve. Budget around £150, need to be good in low light and movement. Not got HD anything in the house so don't think I need something that does HD. Tks.

do you feel like you need to improve? if she or he is happy surely thats all that matters, try to use the light, dont be ashamed of your body, we are all beutifull! maybe put the money for the camera to better use like a romantic weekend away and some viagra your performance would improve dramatically as will her pleasure, whatever you choose i wish you the best of luck!

I find Torq caffeinated gels are good enough !!!

Sounds like you'll be needing a tripod as well.
