I studied a fairly useless degree and the result of this is a lot of wood working tools and a bench. Can anyone recommend the STW of woodworking so I can sell it. Preferably as a job lot. In no rush as it's kept at my mums house.

A job lot is a bad way to sell anything like that really  - a machine and all the accumulated bits that relate to it (ie a lathe and all the gouges and scrapers) is probably smart to group together - but otherwise its something that either won't sell or would sell for buttons.

What have you got?

I'm on the lookout for some bits.

Especially clamps, nicish bevel chisels and a no. 5 plane.

I knew somebody would ask that! I’ll PM you tomorrow as I need to have a look but there are around 3 planes, some sash clamps which I can’t really post. There was a nice chisel set but some appear to have been borrowed and not returned.

The main thing I want to shift is the wood working bench. It folds flat against a wall. I thought perhaps a student might be keen on the lot.

Where are you?

You could contact some of the furniture making colleges?

Try Ukworkshop forum too.
