Visiting parents in Chicester, came across a second hand Tudor Black Bay 'smiley' that was just lovely. I cannot justify two expensive watches so where is the best place to sell a Tag Monaco with all the papers and box?
A nice stealth add on here is usually the first place to start.
My brother in law bought a nice watch years ago. He keeps sending me links to it showing how much its increased in value.
Perhaps you should save it, and sell it in the future?
Not a stealth add honest Guv, however; should someone make an offer....
Genuinely interested in where best to sell, I have looked at prices in the past and they have seemed pretty static.
Keep both, wear the Tudor as your everyday ‘tool’ watch, keep the Monaco for best.
Number of watches needed, n+1
I know, I know that's what I should do, however; ideally funds from the sale of one go towards the sale of another. I will have to see what offers I get from Watchfinder or Goldsmiths before deciding.
My lad just sold a Tudor BB on Chrono24. They take a cut from the sale but it looked like a good and secure platform to sell & buy a watch.
Wait until they have a £1 only fee weekend and stick it on eBay.
Recently sold an Aquaracer on ebay and got more for it than I paid 6 months earlier.
eBay is actually a reasonably good place to buy quality watches as long as you have an inkling of common sense.
LFGSS has a dedicated watch thread, might be worth a stealth ad asking there as well

Thanks for the tips, I will check them out.
Hi. Could you send some pictures of the Monaco to the address in my profile?
I certainty can diz, I'm working away from home til Thursday but can get some taken when I'm home and send them to you.
or get on a watch forum. Although TZ-UK doesn't give access to the sales corner until you've been a member for several months and made 250 posts, but I suspect others aren't so cautious
