I'm selling my sister's diesel 306. It's sound but bodywork is tatty so aiming for about £500, question is, are there any alternatives to ebay and autotrader? I have an ebay account but have long given up on selling on ebay so other suggestions welcome!

306 with a tatty bodywork? Unusual as they are galvanised? You mean dented/dinged?

Ebays the best thing really on a classifieds ad. Diesel 306s take forever to warm up in winter sadly otherwise I'd be interested

Thought this was about selling a badger. Am now looking for badgers on eBay.

Gumtree seems pretty good too, if you're in a city anyway, and it's free to list.

Gumtree (free)
ebay (pay)
pistonheads (free)
trade it (free)
autotrader (pay)
306 forums (pug306.net - costs £1.50 for a month advert I think)
Local newsagents

Hora - if you get one of the HDI models they have a bank of 4 glow plugs in the heater pipes to warm up the coolant quicker. Works very well.

Great ideas there - thanks a lot. It's not an HDi but not aware of it taking too long to warm up.

Body work dented because she kept it in a French city where driving and parking is a contact sport.
