Fields behind me, just heard a rumour there may have been a change in ownership. Where and how soon after would I be able to see this info?

It should be on the land registry site. Make sure you go to the official site as there are some overpriced 3rd party sites. It'll cost £3 and it is a bit awkward to use. The map search is best imo. Takes a few months to show up online. If you phone them they may tell you if an application is pending. There are some free sites, like mouseprice, that will show sold prices bit they usually only do residential property.

Thought it would be a certain amount of time before it showed. I'll do a little Both of digging locally before parting with my 3 quid. Thanks.
