Sitting at euro tunnel now. Off to just south of Rouen to visit a friend and catch the tour of Normandy tomorrow. Lunch options?

Laon is spectacular. We stopped there on the last trip back from the Alps
But I've just checked the map and it's 180-odd km East of Rouen.

Arras is an hour south of Calais and is lovely.

+1 Arras. Head to one of the main squares. Plenty of choice and superb Flemish architecture.
Amiens is also nice and has a superb cathedral if you've time to mooch as well.
