A standard 50mm washer would be 100mm OD and 5mm thick, so you’re looking at something non-standard - probably best contacting a local machinist and they could turn you something in a lathe?

Have a look on eBay eg https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/324373467090 or https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/225751007861

I suspect if you ping them a message they'll make whatever you want

Even if they existed off the peg I doubt they’d be sold individually
a piece of metal and two hole saws a good option (or just a jigsaw if appearances aren’t too important) if you can lay you hands on a bit of metal a suitable size
if not draw it up as a vector file - there are lots of places off Cnc laser and plasma cutting online

normslly I’d offfer but I’m in the middle of reconfiguring my workshop so don’t have my plasma Cnc set up currently

If you can make a DXF of the part, I use Premier Laser in Corby for parts like this. They have a min order charge of £45 though, I would expect most laser cutters to have a similar min order charge.

Hole saws and jigsaws are only things I know about from a woodworking context, I did not know they could be used to cut such thick metal

I think M60 washer will be thicker than 3 mm

I think TR Fastenings have them, but you have see if they will send you a sample so you  don’t have to buy a bag of 100

Hit up a local fabricator or Facebook fabrication group or similar. Anyone with a plasma could knock this out in no time. Most will have a simple circle jig, or make up two templates from wood for them to follow.

Where to get a giant steel washer?

Came in expecting to be blown away by requests for wagon wheel-sized washers!

outside diameter about 85-90mm

Bit disappointing if I'm honest. 😐

I've been trying to think where you might come across something similar. Truck or machinery part? Sometimes if you can find that it can help. It seems metal discs are readily available?

Otherwise, I get bits of metal cut here for work. Often small runs for fabricating things for experiments. Expensive for small items though.

I own a small machine shop down in Farnham Surrey. I could knock you one up and stick it in a jiffy bag. Just email your address and I will do it tomorrow.

Send it to r6ppbrown@gmail.com
