1. Must sell nice mixed grills or steaks
2. Must be in someone vaguely picturesque
3. Not fussed if it's a chain.
4. Would like reasonable prices!

Any suggetsions please?

The pub up by the Cow and Calf in Ilkley would probably fit those criteria.

The dog and gun above oxenhope, nice food and apparently sells massive mixed grills. Nice views as well. Gets busy though.

Good choice Porlus, gets busy though so count in waiting for a table if you choose it

I'd say The Nags Head, Pickhill, nr. Thirsk, but they probably only do a set menu on a Sunday.

Scotts Arms, great call thanks - we once popped in for a pint there and said we'd try the food one day.

Thanks Porlus (and others)

William & Victoria's in Harrogate.

Or The Cattleman's Association if you want proper big Tex steaks.

Thanks again, went to Scotts Arms. Pate with amazing pear & apple chutney, oodles of toast % a whopping double burger with cheese & bacon. 9/10. Missus ate something too.
