Any good recommendations apart from a a trip to the continent?
Can't rember if it's Lidl or Aldi but one of them had a good range 🙂
Stirchley Wines if you're anywhere near Birmingham.
If not, www.beersofeurope.co.uk/
doh!
I was going to suggest Beers of Europe. Great if near Kings Lynn.
Or if in that London, Utobeer at Borough market

Neither have a good range of belgian beer.
Most cities probably have a decent beer shop or buy online.
My brother uses http://www.beerritz.co.uk/ quite a bit and particularly likes http://www.beerritz.co.uk/buy/brugse-zot-blond-33cl_35.htm
Aldi had a duvele box set not so long ago. Neither has much of a range though.
Depends if you're after just a strong beer or something a bit different. Do you have a decent off licence where you live, in Reading I'd recommend the Grumpy Goat, or in Sheffield the Dram Shop. Both had a decent selection of lambics, gueuze, fruit beers etc.
Depends what you like though, someone who likes Stella or Leffe possibly isn't going to like Gueuze de Trolls or Rockenbach Grand Cru!
Rockenbach Grand Cru
That stuff is just plain wonderful, incredible beer that is.
I live in West Wales.. so its Tescos, Lidl, Aldi or somewhere online...

I remember having just come back from France where I'd been in a bar specialising in 'rare' beers, including many from Belgium, popping into LIDL/ALDI and seeing half the beer menu on the shelves.
I found it pretty amusing, have to admit my first though was the bar had clearly been over-promoting 😆 May have been a special offer though, I'm not a big fan so don't really know. i quite like Blanche de Namur but only for the relationship to cx 😳
Been using these for my last couple of orders.
Not as cheap as my usual but he's stopped delivering to the UK.
And I now have an expensive beer habit.
If you just want good beer as opposed to Belgian then eebria is worth a visit, pick a brewer and shop away.
Sigh, just thinking about this lead to me placing an order for 24 cans!
Morrisons doing 3 crates of Stella for £20 - sorted 😀

The better deal on common lager is the £12 for 18 tins of Kronenburg at Asda - a by far tastier beer.
Oh No... just visited eebria... this is going to get expensive... thanks toby1... 👿
Beers of Europe (dangerously only 30 minutes away)
Lidl had a fantastic offer four weeks ago - a pack of 6 x 330ml products of Brouweri Van Steenberge for £7.99. Worth keeping your eyes open for next year.
Occasionally Amazon has good beer offers

Never seen a belgian beer selection im my local LILDI, one of them regularly has a scottish beer festival though which is pretty amazing.

At least someone else can share in my pain 😉
Another option, but not Belgian, try your local independent Brewer. The one down the road from us just did a strawberry and black pepper Saisson, very very nice.
Or get into homebrew, the good thing about Belgian beer is a lot of it is made from the same basic recipes then tweaked and fermented differently, so you can easily make 10+ beers from a single mash.
