Because we seem to have skipped straight to October.

I'm jeans (jeans! In August!) and a T-shirt, and I've got goosebumps. And this is as a Northerner in the tropical south west.

Grr.

it was a lovely day in devon yesterday. bit shitty today but it's devon in august, you learn to expect it.

september tends to be quite nice and the grockles have mostly gone home too.

It's coolish here (low 20s) but sunny with blue skies. I'd quite like it a little warmer but happier than the torrential rain of the last week

Had to put the lights on yesterday evening 🙁

Potentially glorious sunset obscured by a layer of cloud and then it went dark

Where's that mint sauce picture

This thread is like an extremely comprehensive, but entirely useless, weather report! People saying "It's 27degC and lovely here" without actually telling us where "here" is.........

It's all James Madden's fault. He fauxcasted 40°c heatwaves in August so it was bound to be jinxed...

Got soaked in FOD but didn't put a dampener on our ride, bit shocked to come home in Aug though and have the thermostat click on!

Last nights mtb ride sunset in Gloucestershire, taken from Rodborough climb in front of fort, headed up to the common, looking west towards the Severn & FoD. A lovely end to the day, trails dry.

Evening ride @ North third last night was awesome - dusty, warm, trails in superb condition, I could've wrung my tee shirt out at the end. Proper summer evening ride.

Pissing down this afternoon. Bummer.

Lovely this morning in Darwen. It's currently ratting it down. Gives the locals a good wash I suppose. But my motorbike gear is currently drip drying in the shower.

Hopefully eases off a bit as I had planned to get the mtb out.
