Somehow I don't believe this is BigDummy's style. He strikes me as a rather erudite and quietly sophisticated type, who would much rather enjoy the pleasures of a nice Claret whilst listening to Brahms. Or something.

Maybe Mendelssohn. Or Thomas Tallis.

He could of course have bought one of the new Call of Duty or Halo games, and be sitting there festering in a pool if his own filth, wearing his thumbs down to the bone.

As for Hora; last time I saw him he flounced off the F1 Monza thread, following Lewis Hamilton's untimely demise. Probably still curled up in a corner somewhere crying like a little girl. With luck, Binners may track him down and give him a Chinese Burn.

I too miss BD.
He's witty, extreemly funny and I decent rider.

Missing his exceptionally eloquent and insightful posts on stuff. He never gets too political, but he will come down on the side of justice when necessary. Pretty thoughtful and fair minded. Bit clevererer than many folk on here, too. You always feel a sense of reason and consideration in a BigDummy post.

So? I've slagged off loads of people on here. Just because I've had battles with people don't earn I don't respect them. I've argued with TJ, SFB, PP, Juan, and loads of ohers. Still respect most folk. Good friends with some of them. You can differ in opinion yet still respect each other, you know.

Erm my ears are still ringing. Sledgehammers are AWESOME. I've just smashed down two large fitted-alcoves with supporting frames and two fitted cupboards into bits. Placing the hammer head at the base of my spine and swinging was mental.
