Finding that eBay and other online marketplaces are so full of stuff I don't want it's hard to find the stuff I do. New music is easy enough but if there's a site that's good for buying classics at a decent price could someone point me in the right direction please?

Usually find something that I didn’t know I wanted

As above, also Norman Records (normanrecords.com)

But if after anything old, eBay can't really be beaten, especially price-wise. It's not that hard to whittle a search down.

I got a load of 12" prodigy vinyls, albums and singles, I need to sell, been looking at where to sell them myself, so many places to list them

Also Normans and Discogs, although I got my last two albums from a US place via Ebay, half rice and they were both albums I'd been trying to get for years

Discogs probably best if it's stuff that's in demand at all.

I've bought a couple from these guys for my dad, came as described etc. and had no complaints from dad. Prices seemed reasonable as well but I'm no expert!

Only ever bought new from them and IIRC delivery was the same price for 10 albums as it was for 1.They carry lots of runs of old stuff and if they're sold out they do notify you when stuffs back in stock.Lots of regular discounts available too.

Eil.com bought one album as a present for xmas, great delivery with cardboard box. They must have a machine that washes as it looked great very few scratches but it was a bit crackly compared to my vinyl bar the odd few that are well cared for.

The 80’s

Not a great time for vinyl. Oil crisis, thin flexible discs, lots of recycled crap reused. It’s why I stopped buying vinyl and started buying CD’s.
