Give yourself a forum posting rate score by going to your user profile and clicking on the "forums" tab.
Divide the number of "replies created" by the time in months that you have been a member. (This only takes into account data since the hack in December 2008)
Eg. for me it's 929 replies and I've been a member since December 2008 so 154 months. That gives me a posting rate of 6 posts per month.

~50 posts a month. Probably used to be more but spend a couple of years away from here (but still riding) and only returned at the start of lockdown and needed something to do whilst I was working from home 😀

Agreed that we could do with more granularity in the data - a split between bike and chat forums would be very interesting.
It would also be fascinating to have a graph of posting rate against time. I know that during tough phases of life I have spent a lot more time here.
Getting a new boring desk job could also be associated with a big increase in posting.
