MrsP is after a new camera, needs to be small enough to cart around most of the time and robust enough to deal with things like biking, woodland management etc. And no, a phone is not the answer. Budget a couple of hundred I guess, less if it's doable. Ta.

Had a little play with this lumix in the shop and was quite impressed for small, cheap and tough. http://www.jessops.com/online.store/products/95244/Show.html Can't say much more as I didn't buy it but always been happy with the lumix range.
