Endomondo does it. I'm sure there are others.

Endomondo seemed to work fine for me in Wales but seems terrible locally. Might just be my phone though (Galaxy W).

If all you want to do is record and view a route, plus get all the stats etc, Google My Tracks does just that is is nice and simple. it works with just a gps signal too whereas some of them stop working if you lose your data connection. You can import or export gpx files which you can read into other software on your pc

It's not a fully fledged trainer thing like some of the others. I've not tried endomondo but I know a few friends that love it. I use adidas Micoach which is great and is free although mainly running orientated

My Tracks was good for route map etc,
Sportstracker was ok for intervals

Now on Strava for the Pissing Contest Value 🙂

It's worth saying that Endomondo (and possibly some of the others) works perfectly OK in "offline" mode - just upload the session when you get a data connection.

Endomondo here, but they have been having trouble of late with high usage at weekends.

My Tracks.

I gave endomondo a go but it wasn't as accurate as My Tracks in recording my route -when I reviewed my rides it had me riding alongside roads and tracks rather than along them! Plus endomondo kept pausing when I was winching myself up steep hills!

To elaborate, I use Sportypal to actually track my rides and the Sportypal website is my 'main' storage place for these (as it has the nicest route editor I've come across on any of the similar sites). It also works brilliantly offline (I bought a dirt cheap (20 quid) T-Mobile Pulse just to use as a 'disposable' GPS - run it without a SIM and just uplaod routes via wifi when I get home).

Export .gpx from Sportypal and mport to Endomondo for challenges and Strava for the KoM stuff.

Genius. Where did you get it from at that price?
