I can't remember what it's called. It's got loads of photos and you just put in a location and you can get pics of the trails?
You can do it with the flickr map.
Zoom in, and hit the refresh icon for geotagged items.
Not trail specific, but if you look where there are trails, enough pics are of those trails for it to be worth it. Base map is rubbish, so I use satellite view.
Geograph does photographs in a grid square - I'm thinking Trailforks but it's not there is something else. Doesnt Kamoot do something like it?
There's also Mapillary, it is a kind of DIY streetview. Mostly roads, but probably a few trails on there. https://www.mapillary.com/
