Another Omega Seamaster here
40th birthday pressie last yr
Nothing i have a watch (15 years old) but can't see the point in wearing one.
You can add me to your list - my mobile's so old it hasn't got a clock on it, which is why I'm wearing a cheap and cheerful black MWC Vietnam on a green NATO strap at the mo...don't see the point in watches now everyone (except TJ) has a mobile phone in their pocket.

I saw those the other day- nice looking at under £30.

Yeah, they're not bad - OK, so they're basic (no date / alarm etc.), but they keep good time, and have proper mineral crystal glass rather than plastic/perspex. And mine were only £20 each... 🙂
Looking at something new from here, anyone have experiences of buying from them?
Today I'm wearing a pair of crutches. 🙁 usually a watch but I'm not saying what, you'll think I'm showing orf.
Now it's one of these:

Love it, had it about 13 years I think so a bit scratched as you can see, but the glass is still good...

Oh come on, we all show orf (sic) on here, some of us even get our (big fighting male chickens) out 😉
PS, my guess is a Cartier, class those, IMO.
A 1930's Schwarz, with a truly fascinating provenance. One day, it will be in a book about the man who originally owned it. Makes me proud when I wear it.

I've got one of these on today, another birthday present, this time my 18th. Had one battery change in 12 years and still looks great.
Not a classic but still nice.

Help for Heroes wristband (image not working) [puts on techno dunce hat and sits in corner]
plus cheap as chips alimeter/baro thingy from TKMax, while my Seamaster is in getting a service that will cost way too much.

I got man flu- i've got snot on my wrist!
Timex Ironman Triathlon (cheap, but works really well, but means I don't care if it gets broken when I'm out with the Army or biking etc).
