Looking for a chrimbo present idea for my 14 year old niece. Initial idea was a sushi making kit, but I think its something she's done a few times before. So, I'm trying to think of other, similar, food-based kinda things. Any ideas?

Ideally circa £20-£25ish.

Yeah dumpling making kit.

Gyozas for sure but also Bao buns etc. Soup filled dimsum.

Bamboo steamer, baking parchment, nice long chopsticks for hooking them out. Some of the more interesting spices.

Little dipping ramekins

How about a plant to go with. Ginger, galangal, lemongrass should be manageable on a sunny windowsill.

Do be fair a pasta making kit is also a good shout.

The ridged/patterned boards for gnocchi and the like?

This £25 kit includes one and a few other bits: https://pastaevangelists.com/collections/pasta-making-kits/products/northern-italy-pasta-making-kit-7-pieces
