It's a bank holiday, you can't be nice to each other for one day?

👿

Well, I've had a lovely day, apart from 10 minutes ago, but hey ho. Slightly tipsy as well, which is an ace way to finish off a long weekend.

I've been in bed with man flu for the last 3 days, looking out at the lovely blue sky whilst shivering, and missing a local village 10K race I was looking forward to, so I reserve the right to be tetchy 🙂

I've been healed Junkyard, if I had any more healing I'd be sore. 😆

You lack commitment emsz. Marvin went so far as to have his dad create a whole new hole for him to take the healing to the max!

Though i gather he was pretty sore after that too.

Thanks for the heads up, emsz - I do like reading closed threads (and had been wondering why no Bin Laden one).

I do like reading closed threads

Yep, me too. I have been known to completely ignore threads until they have been closed, after which I have diligently read them. I also automatically read threads which are flagged up as closed as soon as I open the forum page. I would be surprised if everyone else doesn't do that. All of which I suspect is contrary to the thinking behind closing a thread.

Tsk! I leave you lot alone fora week and this is what happens. Anarchy!

I think I need to instill some discipline around here. I haven't even got to read the closed threads to know who'll have be involved. The usual suspects no doubt.

Right! Off to the naughty step with the lot of you!! And have a think about what it is you've done

No, I think the closing of a thread is like banishing from the Garden of Eden, it is to prevent greater sin.

I like it when you all argue, makes you seem very masculine and hard, such a turn on 8)

I don't argue.
I just correct other people when they're wrong.

Anybody fancy a nice argument about whether a (model) helicopter on a turntable can take off? I'm hoping to pull.
