Potatoes Dauphinoise au Gratin are in the oven. The chicken breast is gently cooking in butter in the pan and the asparagus spears have been tossed in olive oil, salt and lemon and are about to go on a hot griddle for a few mins.

Mmm... Healthy. 🙂

I've just made an Indian buffet.

Chicken tikka masala, veggie masala, bombay potatoes, garlic and coriander nan, pilau rice, onion banjos and veg samosas. The rice, veggie curry and bombay aloo were all from scratch.

Sweet potato carrot and chili soup

Have you got a recipe for that? Sounds right up my street.

Wife just cooked which only happens once in a while, mushroom risotto 🙂 Followed by some Muller chocolate yoghurt which was a bit of a let down...more like runny custard.

Pizza. Big meat feast 14" pizza. Got called into work at 2.40 this morning and got home at 7.45 pm. Not even had a brew all day, never mind food.

So it's MY pizza. Got that?

No you can't have a slice! And them are my beers too.

Roast chicken cooked simply in extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper and lemon. Served with roast carrots and sautéed cauliflower florets. Phenomenal.
