Not a latest gen phone such as S5 etc. need something and don't want another iphone. Z1 too square. Z1 compact still too pricey. What else is there? And what makes it better than an S4?
My old blackberry torch, because I could actually use it to make phone calls on O2. S4, over-rated and too bloody clever for it's own good.
I don't like having to share all my information with google either, their motto may well be "Don't be evil", but .....

any of the latest android phones from Lg and htc have faster chips more ram and usually a better screen. at this stage its all about subtle improvements not huge leaps now. I just replaced an S4 with a Sony Ultra Z just for the size difference and the superior quality feel. Although it is just still a phone......albeit a bloody huge one !
