I do love porridge, but i often dont want to eat is right before i leave the house. So I'd like a good food flask that i can put my porridge in and eat whilst im out.

My porridge is made with c.350ml of oat milk so im guessing anything in the 4-500ml capacity is good. I would prize thermal insulation highly as it my plan to use it after morning swims and bike rides. (This 100 days til Christmas has got a lot to answer for!)

Thanks

I have that one.

You can carry it up a hill in the hottest of heatwaves and have ice-cream. Who gives a shit about if it keeps things hot 😁

Worth experimenting but you might find you are better to make the porridge in it ie add hot milk to the oats

I use a Thermos King food flask for porridge when driving to ride early. Seems to do the job (and comes with handy spoon!).

These work pretty well.

We use them for the kids school lunches (5 hour window), fill with boiling water, leave for 10 minutes, then add the food.

The more food/less air better.

Tried lots and this one is head and shoulders above them all !!

Not cheap but mine is going strong after 5 years and keeps soup/food piping hot for 5hrs plus 🙂
