Hot chocolate as still at work and abstaining from alcohol until July as a effort at training for a big ride with some silly fit people end of June 😀
Not that I drunk at work in the first place, that could have been worded better 😳

Bottles of Budvar just 75p at the local shop just now, so I thought I'd treat myself to a few, despite being mostly off the booze...

A bloody revolting rosé, but it's bought and paid for so it's going down the pipe.

Well at least I'm civilised enough to use a tea pot. (and as I am using a pot, milk goes in first)

a pint of cider I made from apples at work, got 50 litres of it this year, never made any before, its drinkable and pretty strong seems to be the general verdict

Hot Lava Java:

Probably not the best thing to be drinking this time of night, but I got a new coffee machine and I can't stop playing with it.

Nothing at the moment but I'm feeling a bit thirsty. I'll go and get some water, or maybe push the boat out and have some orange juice. I've not drank any alcohol through the week now for over a month and I'm quite enjoying it. A lot less waking up feeling groggy, no gently sweating alcohol through the day and slightly less tired.
