The missus wants a treadmill coz she does. Budget is £200 - £300. It will get used coz she runs 5k & 10k routes round here when it's not arsing it down, (so once or twice a year then) and she's not particularly light on her feet.
Over to you.
How big is her plane?
How big is her plane?
Do my flaps look big in this?
(Sorry!)
Sadly £300 won't get a particularly functional treadmill. As with everything it's worth trying a few out, but we ended up spending about a grand on one that felt anything like the sort of thing you'd find in a gym, and that was half price.
Coincidentally, we're about to sell ours because we've found we've done more and more of our running outside, so if you live anywhere near Norfolk there's a decent one going for about £200. 😀
how much for postage? no seriously.
details and specs to helpmybike@yahoo.co.uk
plane is A380 sized
It would have to be a specialist courier unfortunately, so probably not economic unfortunately. Would obviously rather sell it to someone who can come and try it too really.
We got a Nordic track T15.0, think it was £1300 ish
It has been great so far and feels pretty solid.
Got it on 12 months interest free from

Just saved up and paid it off before the 12 months was up.
We got ours from restyle fitness at Wakefield, it's a Proform 620 something. You might find something for your budget there, they are either returns or refurbed, but come with 6 months warranty. They do deliver (for a sensible fee) and the service has been fantastic. www.restylefitness.co.uk They had been recommended by a mate.
