If they are older editions will they still be desirable?

That's what I thought rhid.

I'd post them to India/Africa if I could afford it!

I have too much junk. Found 20 new inner tubes?!

I keep mine to remind me of how much I once understood.

I think my parents donated mine to charity when they did an attic clear out. Well, that or put them on a bonfire. Mine were all biology one but were 20 years old so probably not that current!

Depends on the subjects and topics, I did most of my undergrad engineering with old edition textbooks, saved a fortune, but then most maths/engineering/chemistry is at least 50 years old, the newest editions just had stuff like nuclear in them, which wasn't something I was interested in.

I bought lots of old medical text books from oxfam. Not the latest edition but fine for a paramedic with an interest. Likewise I've bought economics books, biology books, social science and politics books. I like a good text book!

Mine remind me of how little book reading I did. My mum went and pulled out her unread copy of General Principles of Scots Law from about 1960 and it was in exactly as good condition as mine from 1998, on account of neither of us had ever opened them 😆

I had a quick flick through some of them, they make more sense now.

I guess my scientist days are over and I would rather have a successful wealthy business (dreamzzz).

I could use them for medicine or a PhD but more years of being skint?

Well at least its my donation to chariteeee! 😆

My hoarding skills keep telling me to keep them! nope, off to Oxfam with you my precious...
