The turkey has all gone but we've still got a LOT of ham left. I could carry on eating cold as it's very nice but as it is forming the basis of most meals it might be nice to try some other way of eating it. Any ideas?

Oh yeah, carbonara... Creamy, cheesy, pasta-e. It's really hard to beat.

Failing that, a bit of chicken and a nice béchamel sauce for a chicken and ham pie. I've saved some turkey for just that purpose to go with the spare ham. Just this once. Unless I get hungry tomorrow and need an early morning sandwich.
