some kind of bacon-wrapped-pork-chop would be the obvious solution http://www.food.com/recipe/bacon-wrapped-bnls-pork-chops-204837

Pork chops with beer n bacon gravy sounds good too! http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/rachael-ray/pork-chops-with-beer-and-bacon-gravy-recipe/index.html

And this just looks awesome, basically a pizza I think but with pork chops instead of pizza base!

Yep! Chuck it all in a pot, heat and stir, then add lots of hot pepper sauce. Lovely!

par boil potatoes, saute potatoes.

meanwhile.

fry pork chops, put pork chop to one side to rest, deglaze the pan with a bit of cider, add cream, reduce slightly.

serve.

drink the rest of the cider.
