Went to Trentham today to take my daughter and some of her friends to the Monkey Forest, had a picnic on the grass underneath the monument (oh how that brought back memories of SITS).
Anyway, next to my car was an Audi TT and then next to that an Escort (I think). Looked like grandma, grandpa (both late 50s), daughter (20 ish) and baby.
As I walked back to my car they were packing up to leave and I notice grandma looking at me, kinda thought she was smiling, but then I notice that she appeared to be kicking something. They all got in the car (all smoking, apart from the baby) and drove off.
Puzzled I walked around the TT to see if anything was there, and lo and behold a nappy, thoughtfully left tucked under the sill of the TT.
Who the **** did they think would pick it up? Scum, total scum. £50 quid says they vote BNP too, ****ers.
Don't people like this make you feel better about yourself though. That's just dirty.

Sorry,that was a bit strong,but I was just home.I was out with a Gold DOE group.At the end of the day we are by the river in Glen Doll, watching neds dumping their beer cans in the water.I ask them to stop and the dwarf ned 16yo tells me to walk away while I still can.(I am 6"3" and 16 stone)still,lots of people spoke to the kids in the group and were really nice while we were out,encouraging them etc.So I still think the good outnumber the bad.

What annoys me the most is the fact that these idiots have deliberately gone somewhere to enjoy themselves specifically because it's a nice environment and then they do that.
I don't mind numptys chucking stuff out of crap Novas etc half as much as I hate those people for whom an energy gel wrapper or empty bottle of lucozade suddenly becomes too heavy when out in the outdoors. At least the chavs are honest about their disregard for their environment.
I went up high street the other day and 3/4 of the way to the top you could see where someone had stopped for lunch by the amount of crap. It's not loughrigg terrace ffs so it was probably somebody with more than a passing interest in being outdoors and not just some idiot out for their yearly ramble. "oh it's so nice to be out, look at the view, gosh the fresh air, just chuck the rubbish down there dear - the cleaning fairy will be along soon..."

Had similar at the our local park couple years ago, bunch of unruly kids swearing and treating the swings rough a mixture of 14-16 year olds. Most of them stopped but the smallest came towards me doing his Tony Manero strut, I stud up and while I'm skinny I'm 6' 2" he paused and walked towards me. So I headed straight for staring him in the eyes he backed down. However, the big ape behind him who was about 6' 3" and built like a shed then walked toward me. A polite "Your better of backing off" and his mates dragged him away. The little dwarf giving lip as he left soon stopped as set off after him.
To be honest I'd been ****ed if they'd decided to do something but the majority were descent and wandered off happily some even saying sorry.
It's few who spoil it and no I don't loose faith in humanity because of few wasters.
