For fixing an intel nuc and a power strip to the back of a TV, the stuff I have tried so far just isn't doing the job and starts top come away after a few days.

3M double sided sticky tabs. Give both surfaces a good clean with a degreaser like IPA first.

If I need to stick stuff permanently on the back of things like monitors I find number plate tape works really well. but as blokeuptheroad says, a good clean with something like IPA is essential first.

Will the NUC screw to a VESA mount?

Otherwise, this:

Give both surfaces a good clean with a degreaser like IPA first.

I use 3M Duolock for stuff like this - great holding strength and allows objects to be removed and replaced.
