You don't need to be an 'investor' to invest in Singletrack: 6 days left: 95% of target - Find out more
So I've recently lost a bit of weight and am after some scales where I can just hop on every morning and check the trend every few days to make help me maintain my new weight.
Most important criteria is a decent app and connectivity to both iPhone and to share data between apps. I guess Apple Health would be the hub.
I suppose i'd find a body fat sensor interesting initially but after a while its probably of little benefit. Weight being the most important metric. If it was to have some form of electrical impedance measurement then it must be easy to turn off as there's someone in the family for whom it wouldn't be safe for.
Price up to £80 I guess.
Any recommendations?
I got the garmin scales, over your budget, but if you already have garmin devices it makes sense to keep all your sport and health information in one environment.

What MSP says. Whichever device syncs most easily with whichever system of info you are currently using. They all seem to weigh ok and the other info such as fat percentage is just for laughs. AFAIK most seem to rely on the family all being different weights in order to report your weight rather than someone elses. So if you are roughly the same weight as someone else then you might want to look for a device that uses buttons to say who is weighing themselves
I ended up getting the garmin ones (as I am a garmin user) but all the reviews rate the Nokia ones highly
Nokia/withings body+, wifi scales links to Nokia health app. Has weight, body mass, water, bone, muscle and BMI. Got some off ebay around £60
