I bought a product of there own brand(e.g.tesco chocolate nut) and something hard was inside which cut the roof of my mouth,i obviously only realised this when it was in my mouth,it looks like a tiny 15mm twig or piece of wood,i have sent an e-mail to complaints dept,just wondering if anyone has had any similar experiences and which direction they went,jaynex

Take pics and email them it.
When they send you six gazllion bars as a good will gesture don't sue them for getting fat.
