He doesn't have opposable thumbs so it will need good voice recognition.  Also needs a decent bite resistance.

I think you're barking up the wrong tree with an Android one, most dogs will prefer an iPhone. Also, they have wireless charging so you don't need to worry about the fog being able to plug the lead in.

To be honest, I think you need to paws for thought.

Maybe give your head a good scratch and ask if a smart phone is age appropriate.

It's the online bullying and suchlike which is the problem, there's some right bitchy stuff on there, hounding people just for being a bit different. I know it's supposed to be policed but the watchdogs are pretty toothless.
