I just opted for the roast beef flavour Monster Munch. I wish I'd have gone for pickled onion now. I'm in more of a pickled onion mood 🙁

Whoops, that suddenly seems in bad taste; the thread took a turn for the serious whilst I was typing. No offence intended.

Not racing at the Isle of Man. My whole life at one stage was geared to getting to the IOM to race... However it then became apparent i simply wasn't quick enough. Too many broken bones, too few trophies and i quit the motorbike racing scene.

I simply refuse to believe that meeting Bravisimo could ever be disappointing. He is the patron saint of outsized norkage, after all!!

No hoverboards, power laces or auto-fit jackets with drying function ala Back To The Future II. Flying conversion & a Mr Fusion would have been nice too!

Meeting Binners. In my head I had pictured him as rather like Michaelangelo's David. In reality he's more like Michaelangelo the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle 🙂

Hora didn't disappoint, he was exactly what I expected 😉

Sitting in this office for 16 years and getting shafted on the way out the door in the next couple of months.

Bitter? Na - not really - fed up with it now but disappointed with my decision making when younger. Career change and new life on the horizon soon so something to look forward to I hope.

I could write a long list of girls who'd offered it to me on a plate, with a side order of salad and chiabatta, but now I'm with MrsPJM none of that seems to matter.

I think I've done well enough 8)

If I were to lament for a moment then I suppose it would be listening to all the people who told me I was thick, I didn't learn I was actually proper clever until very recently. Actually, that sounds more like I'm bitter and twisted about it - I'm not, I just don't blame anyone else but me for my own inferiority complex.

Wasting my younger life being immature. If I'd been a bit more grown up about things, I would not have shafted up my A levels or my degree, nor made the same cock-ups in relationships.

Mind you, it all worked out in the end, so I guess the pain was worth it.

Oh, that and my wife never meeting my grandad. They would have got on really well.

A man from Greenock has just lost out on a £109,000,000 euromillions win as he did not have enough money to pay for his usual 3 lines and only got the first 2. He had put the same 3 lines on for the past 2 years. Guess which line came in? I think he is feeling a bit disappointed!

Got a feeling that I'm bumbling through life and falling way short of my true potential but not knowing what I should be doing about it or having the balls to step out of my comfort zone and one day realizing what I should have been doing and being too old to do anything about it,
