isn't it someone that finds the drum from an old washing machine and adapts it to some other purpose that its arguably shit at being used for then manages to sell it for more than they spent on it? (but not accounting for hours, equipment, parts, etc)

Funnily enough the word was in the synopsis of the small spaces programme earlier and needless to say said up-cycler had a washing machine drum with a plant in it on his boat/house
