Want to do 20 minute interval training sessions using my phone, i need it to tell me what to do and when!! What is best for this?

Based on power or just HR / RPE?
For power TrainerRoad would be a good place to start.

Most of the sufferfest ones are about 45mins though there are some short add on ones though why not do a decent longer session to get some warm up and cool down in there?
