I've tried unsuccessfully to telephone Ribble Cycles but all I get is the same answer machine message 'send an email or call tomorrow'. I done both, several times without any success.

Anyone know what is going on there?

cheers

It's their "Gimp" day, once a year staff members recreate the Pulp Fiction gimp scene in the stockroom.

When I worked there many moons ago I remember stock take being around this time. Might be nothing to do with year end etc. though.

Chill, they will be working so hard to fulfill the order that they don't have time to pick up the phone. They obviously consider your email to be insignificant or that you're not spending enough to warrant attention.

HTH. 😉

They're crap when you go in the shop, never mind try and phone them. Got a road bike from them a few months ago, originally said build time was 2 weeks. After 3 weeks it had not been built so said i wanted to cancel the order....they then found the time to build it! Good bike, good price, crap service!
