Seems like apps are getting better and smarter all the time, particularly with augmented reality. No substitute for a good trainer, but I'm idly curious what apps you've used and found benefit from?
Not sure if it's exactly what you're after as they are simple program / rep counter / timer type things but I use the Stronglifts 5x5 app and after moving on from Stronglifts to an intermediate program (GreySkull) I use Perseus (used to be called something else but I can't rember what and it doesn't really matter).
+1 strong lifts.
I swear by gymshark and myfitnesspal apps. You honestly dont need anything else to record your workouts, get suggestions, exercise videos for form and recording your calories/macros. Both completely free.
I have paid for exercise plans and created duplicates of the plans on the gymshark app to use whilst working out to record weights etc. Has complete record of previous workouts, has a current compound lift max lifts etc. It defaults the new session to last session suggested weights and even lets you build in your rest intervals. Did i mention, completely free!!
I use Hevy for tracking gym workouts, it's very Stravaish, simple and easy to use

I use Yoga / Down Dog with their partner app Workout. Lots of variety, yoga to hiit, everything in between.
