Mrs L has expressed an interest in getting an elliptical cross trainer. Generally for 20 / 30 mins a couple times a week. I'll probably use it as well a bit.
Budget of about £400.
Any recommendations?
Was looking at York Perform 215 Elliptical Cross Trainer for £300.
Reebok zr8 from Argos - £239.99 at the moment.
Bought one about three weeks ago. Cracking bit of kit for the money.
I'm stoked about it.
One tip. If you get one,when you're putting it together, leave the covers off the joints for a few weeks to allow you to add a few drops of chain lube to the joints to stop them squeaking whilst they bed in a bit.
Also , Get one of these for sitting your laptop on so you can watch boxsets on Sky go whilst you sweat. Just the right height when you add a lap tray with the bean bag on the bottom.

If she has used them in gyms and thinks that you'll get same workout at home from them then just don't bother, get the close hanger as above. Second hand commercial equipment or just don't bother as the home ones tend to be cheap and nasty with just fancier displays, fans, bottle holder, magazine rack etc.
