I'm using 123-reg at the moment. I'm pretty certain that some mails are being rejected by their spam filter rather than being forwarded. I've got the spam settings at the lowest but you cant completely turn it off. I'd much rather everything got forwarded and I deal with it in my gmail spam folder. At least I can go and sift through any false poitive spam matches.
So.... who else is good for this service. It's not that much hassle to move assuming that I'm moving to somewhere where I'm in control. I mostly only need email forwarding for my domain.
I use Google Apps

Used it for years! Does a great job for me.
EDIT Oh its free too for the basic version
I would use google apps, but you can't migrate an existing google account. which is bluumin annoying.
Oh yeah.. I just forward all my gmail e-mails to my domain one and use that as my main address.
I've been down that road. Then I need 2 logins for google, 1 for email (apps) and another for all the other google services (current consumer gmail accont). It isn't as slick as just mail forwarding from domain hosting company (assuming their spam filter doesn't get in the way).
Of course, if google provide a migration from gmail account to apps account and the full suite of services with the apps account, I'd be there like a shot.
Until recently I used So Internet (www.sointernet.com) for hosting. IIRC it's about £50/year for website, £35/year for email-only account. Uptime was good and I very rarely had anything to grumble about, they seem helpful enough on the rare occasions I had to get in touch.
I only moved away when the IT support team I deal with at work offered me a hosting account for free, so I wasn't going to pay for it.
