I use spinach, broccoli and apple juice in mine. Needs some more ideas please.

They’re an excellent way to remove most/all of the benefits of eating veg (fibre, slow energy release, satiety).

I went down a rabbit hole from following this link: https://www.theguardian.com/science/2021/nov/18/mans-severe-migraines-completely-eliminated-on-plant-based-diet
And that led me to this: https://www.bmj.com/company/newsroom/may-be-worth-adopting-plant-based-diet-to-ease-chronic-migraine-severity-say-doctors/
And finally to here: https://casereports.bmj.com/content/14/12/e243987 Sadly the link is now locked, but it contained the following smoothie recipe:
Banana
400g blueberries
200g spinach
1 heaped spoon of raw cocoa powder
1 spoonful of ground flaxseed powder
800ml of water
Been very helpful for me in managing/moderating migraine regularity.
Kale, peas frozen raspberries/blueberries maybe some mango, A bit of water
Water (about 1-1.5 pints probably)
3x Bananas
A bag of mixed dark leafy greens (and I swap these around so it's different every time and I achieve a very broad variety of dark leafy greens; some of the packs also have beetroot) - this makes up most of the bulk
Sometimes various berries and a bit of apple cider vinegar
I eat a lot of salads etc too - 'rainbow foods' - if I didn't or couldn't be bothered, I'd be adding a lot more of them to the smoothie, but don't need to.
Dr Rhonda Patrick's smoothie - you should look at it. https://optimisingnutrition.com/rhonda-patricks-smoothie-1/
