My daughter wants to edit videos for YouTubeso is there a stand-out PC app that's easy to use and ideally free.
Doesn't need loads of pro stuff, it'll be basic editing.

Windows Live Movie Maker. It might already be installed.

^ as above Windows Movie Maker (comes with Essentials). Not a full on professional package, but it's surprisingly good at what it does, easy to use, and offers sharing to YouTube, FB and so on.
