Having just watched, and thoroughly enjoyed, premium rush I'm on the hunt for more movies about cyclists.

Got any recommendations?

American Flyers

Watched 'Breaking Away' the other day and it's not terrible.
I particularly enjoyed the guy who speaks Italian.

BMX Bandits FTW. It's got Nicole Kidman in it.

Assume you want fiction feature films? If not then Ride the Divide is worth a watch.

Premium Rush was filmed alongside a bike courier documentary - Triple Rush. Haven't seen it, but imagine it would be worth downloading if possible.

Cheers for all the suggestions guys.

Managed to get hold of American flyers and will be watching that tonight. Infact im going to work my way through every suggestion on this thread.

I did promise myself no more bikes this year, but after watching the trailer I reckon fixation just might be enough of an excuse to build the fixie I've always put off!

Coincidence. I watched Premium Rush this morning. Corn with added cheese, but still quite enjoyable.

BMX Bandits. Must dig that out again. It's on VHS though, so will have to dig the player out of the attic.

Documentary film: Joe Kid on a Stingray. History of BMX. Really good watching.

The one with Kevin Bacon as a cycle courier. The film is cheesy 80's tosh but he has some good skills on a fixie iirc! Worth watching for a laugh anyway!

Me and Mrs. S watched Premium Rush last night. We both really enjoyed it and Mrs. S isn't a cyclist. She thought it was a great film irrespective. The guy who played Det. Monday was brilliant.

7/10.

Oh and Dania Ramirez was easy on the eye too....

American Flyers +1

Most tenuous film connection ever: I've ridden MTB all over the front range trails around the Coors Brewery (just outside Golden) where the race in the film starts.

Dirt, +many! Just makes me want to go out and ride.

Joe Kidd on a Stingray was pretty good, too.
